Here we are again

Yes, as you can tell I am back in Perth. Surprisingly summer is pretty cold, it has been really cold at nights and the mornings give the illusion of an autumn one. Not complaining la, though I prefer the heat than the cold anytime. Apparently this freakish weather is due to a cyclone up north, like way up north near Exmouth (look it up on a map.


Today the weirdest thing happened. I took my bike out for a ride after a long time. Was heading back when I saw a group of girls sitting in circles outside a house. One of them stopped me, walked up to me, hugged me and said, 'Jesus loves you'. I was dumbfounded and this feeling escalated as the rest of the girls joined in to wish me. I just told them, 'Jesus loves you too' and rode off with a wide grin. Must have been a dare or something.

Did not get that library job, apparently that window closed last September. So in the midst of finding a 2nd job. Really need it if I am going to go to Borneo middle of the yr. Planning to follow Grant to track some pygmy elephants, then go to Rainforest Music Festival with my cousins, then get my diving license. So as you can see, I need the finances. We ll see how it goes.

Summer was just lovely. I ll summarise it with pictures in the next entry la. Think I might just change this to a photo blog. See first.
